As the CHMI Group has grown to be a major player, especially in the real estate industry, the Group has consolidated its major offices under one roof.  Housed inside the Corporate Holdings Centre are its property development group, hotel group, origination department, administration, and its executive offices.

The building is located along Buencamino St., Alabang-Zapote, Muntinlupa City, still in close proximity to its flagship project, the Acacia Grove hotel, and its upcoming midrise condominium project - soon to rise in Paranaque.


The top floor of the Group's own building will house model units of the Acacia Grove Hotel's two main wings, mainly the Makati and Alabang wings, as the Hotel Gruop strives to provide its investors and clients a top notch 5-Star hotel.
